- Can I access EPRIVO private email from my web-based email client?Yes, after you installed the EPRIVO Privacy Manager in a device, web-based access becomes possible also.

- Can I read my EPRIVO email in a web-based email program like those used for gmail or yahoo email?Yes, if you are a subscriber and have installed the EPRIVO Privacy Manager.
- Can I upgrade to Plus or Family Accounts?Yes, one can upgrade similar to how a mobile phone subscription would work.

- Can I have a free private email account?Yes, if you are a US veteran, sign-up for becoming a Beta Tester or meet other conditions during sign-up.
- How else can I maintain a free private email account beyond the conditions?Contact us if you have suggestions on how you can contribute to EPRIVO blogs, or social media presence, or any other suggestion that may be mutually beneficial, to maintain a free private email account with EPRIVO.
- How do I become a Beta Tester?Please contact support to enroll in the Beta Tester program, and enjoy free private email.

- Is cut, copy and paste from Private Email supported?It is not supported to maintain the sender's privacy.
- Multiple EPRIVO IDs in same device?Possible but only one login at a time.
- What is a carrier email account?EPRIVO requires one or two regular email accounts (carriers) as part of the secure communication with EPRIVO email.
- Which languages/currencies do you support?For languages already supported view list in pull-down menu on main page.
- What is sender-controlled privacy?As a sender your emails are controlled by rules you set per each email you send.
- How do you protect my private emails as a sender in my recipient's devices?EPRIVO emails stay protected at rest even in a recipient's devices and their access continues to be defined by rules set by the sender – the sender-controlled privacy features.
- Do you support Windows phones?We do not at this point.
- Do you refund the money on a cancelled subscription?You will not receive a refund but rather your subscriber benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
- Do support advertising?Absolutely not. We do not support advertising or any other type of monetization other than the subscription model.
- How do I report a spammer from an EPRIVO account?Use contact form.
- Do you have a Company Plan?We do offer custom solutions for companies. Small organizations can also rely on the Family Plan to create private emails.
- Meta data on email. Can you privatize?Yes, on certain subscriptions, one can choose to hide all metadata.
- Do you support deletion/immediate expiration of an email I sent?Yes, even an email that was sent a long time ago can be chosen to be deleted. This feature may work on some types of subscriptions only.
- Do you support private email expiration?Yes, you can set an expiration time in each email sent.
- Why do some private emails come with plaintext subject line and others not?A sender can choose to make subject line and even other fields private.

- Does EPRIVO block unsolicited or fake emails?EPRIVO uses several methods to minimize this.
- Can I receive email from a non-EPRIVO subscriber?Yes, such emails would show up in your regular email program. However, as expected, they will not be private.
- Can I send an email to a non-EPRIVO subscriber?Yes, your email will be encrypted and sent. To view, the recipient will have the option to view after a quick registration or could complete a full registration.
